Registered Dietitian - Nancy O'Connor

Nancy is responsible for making the menus for all of our mealsites. She works in conjunction with the office staff, contracted chefs and the senior population when ensuring the meals meet 1/3 of the ADA daily requirement. In other words, Nancy makes sure that meals are nutritious and delicious. She is also available for nutritional education and counseling. You may make arrangements to discuss your needs with Nancy by contacting our office Wednesday through Friday each week.
